Began playing field hockey at age 5 after being introduced to the game by family members. Grandfather Luis represented Argentina in the 1948 Olympic Games while father Gabriel played for Argentina at the 1968 and 1972 Olympic Games.

The most influential people in sporting career: Luis Scally (grandfather) and Gabriel Scally (father). They showed me how to love hockey. My whole family. All of them have played hockey or rugby in the past and are very supportive of everybody's athletic career.
Favorite place to play: Hurling club in Argentina because I grew up there
Other than hockey my favorite Olympic sport is: Soccer
Most people don't know that: I am of Irish descent
The most unusal thing that happend to me: I almost strangled a horse (don't worry he lived!)
